Frequently Asked Questions

What is your reservation and payment policy?

Reservations may be may one year in advance. Bookings will be available at the start of each summer rental season on July 1st. A 50% deposit is due at the time of your booking with the remainder of your balance due one week prior to check-in. If you must cancel your reservation at any time, your deposit will be held until the week is filled by another individual.

Do you provide linens?

We do not provide linens. Each cottage bedroom comes equipped with two pillows and a blanket/comforter. Please supply your own towels and sheets - refer to bedroom list for sheet sizes.

When can we check-in/check-out?

Check-in begins at 2pm - please do not arrive earlier than 2pm as cleaning staff may still be present. Check-out begins promptly at 11am to allow cleaning staff into the cottages for our next guests.

Are the Cottages Cleaned? 

Professional cleaning services are provided by The Village Cleaners.
